How do I place an order on ZW Brand?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse through our collections (Clothing, Bags, Kids Dresses, Laces).

  2. Select your desired item, size, and quantity, then click Add to Cart.

  3. Go to checkout, enter your shipping details, select your preferred payment method, and click Place Order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer convenient payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments via credit/debit cards.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery across the UAE takes 2 to 4 business days.
